Shipping policy

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing.

Made-to-order items require a 100% deposit to reserve your piece. The estimated shipping date will be noted in the item description and may be subject to change. Orders will ship once the item becomes available.

International Shipping

I ship internationally from Lima, Peru.

Standard International Shipping (up to 0.5 kg): starting at $30

DHL Express Shipping: starting at $50

Due to local postal restrictions, orders shipped to the United States are sent exclusively via DHL Express.

For orders over 0.5 kg, DHL Express is automatically selected, as it is the fastest and most economical option for larger packages.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is refused due to customs charges, it will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier. In this case, the order will not be refunded.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure. I'm not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

I'm not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns
All sales are final. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind or made with vintage materials, so small imperfections are part of their handmade charm.

If an item arrives damaged or the wrong piece was sent, please contact me within 7 days with photos at luisa.sciolli@gmail.com. The item must be returned in its original packaging for a replacement or refund.

Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.
